We’re searching for high-energy, disciplined, and hardworking individuals who take pride in a job well done. Our ideal candidates:

• Enjoy hands-on work and operating heavy equipment (Technicians)
• Have experience (or willingness to learn) installing docks, seawalls, and other waterfront structures (Technicians)
• Can safely and efficiently haul trailers, drive boats, and work on the water (Technicians & Project Managers)
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish (Project Managers)
• Are skilled communicators who can build relationships with clients and drive sales (Sales Professionals)
• Are eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership opportunities in a fast-growing company
• Are accountable, detail-oriented, and focused on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

• Sales Professionals: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals while earning commission.
• Project Managers: Overseeing projects, coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Technicians: Installing and repairing docks and seawalls, operating heavy equipment, and working directly on the water.
• Driving boats, hauling trailers, and working with top-tier materials to deliver high-quality waterfront solutions.
• Growing with the company and developing into leadership roles as we expand.

• Experience in construction, sales, project management, or marine work (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor, waterfront environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Sales professionals must have a track record of client relationship management and meeting sales goals
• Project managers should have experience leading construction or marine-related projects
