AQUALIFE CONSTRUCTION LLC · POLICIES

Your information.
Handled with care.

This policy describes information handled through the AquaLife Construction website and related project or career inquiries.

Updated September 26, 2026.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to AquaLife Construction LLC and this construction website. Separate retailers, payment services, social platforms and other websites have their own privacy policies. Following a link to AquaLife Dock Shop takes you to a separate website.

This website has no customer accounts or checkout. Our project forms let you review your details and selected photos before sending. Photos are resized on your device; when you press Send inquiry, your details and prepared photos are transmitted through Cloudflare to our business email inbox. Selecting photos or reviewing your inquiry alone does not submit them. If you contact us using your own email app, attach any photos there yourself.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, project location, watercraft details, project description, site-access information and photos, plans, proposals or other project documents you choose to share. Career inquiries may include a résumé and employment-related information.

Send only information relevant to your request. Avoid payment-card details, Social Security numbers, account passwords and identification documents. Photos can contain location metadata or show other people and neighboring properties; review them before sharing and provide only material you have permission to use.

3. Website and technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested pages and similar technical data to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides aggregate website-usage statistics without analytics cookies.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, Google Analytics cookies measure page visits and successful project inquiries unless you turn measurement off or your browser sends a recognized privacy signal. For other or unknown locations, Google measurement remains off until you allow it. Advertising measurement through our linked Google Ads account requires a separate permission; an earlier Allow measurement choice covered both analytics and advertising. Google receives technical information such as browser and device information, cookie identifiers and page visits. Advertising click identifiers and website-call measurement are enabled only with advertising permission. Our inquiry event includes only the form category; we do not send your name, email address, phone number, project description or photos to Google Analytics. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this website’s tag.

With your updated advertising measurement permission, we also load the OpenAI measurement pixel to measure page visits and successfully submitted project inquiries from ChatGPT ads. OpenAI receives technical information, cookie identifiers and ad click references. When automatic advanced matching is enabled, the pixel detects supported contact information and securely hashes it in your browser before sending it to OpenAI. Our event code does not include project descriptions, photos or inquiry reference numbers. We mark our events to opt out of future user-level personalization. An earlier Google measurement permission alone does not enable OpenAI measurement.

When analytics measurement is allowed, we keep validated campaign labels, the referring website name and the landing page in this browser tab for the current visit, expiring after 30 minutes without tracked activity. If you send an inquiry, we include those labels in our internal inquiry email to understand which marketing brought you to us. We do not include advertising click identifiers or arbitrary URL query text in that email. Turning analytics off clears this source information. A tap on a phone link is measured separately from an actual call or inquiry.

4. How information is used

Information you provide helps us respond, assess the scope of a project, discuss options, prepare proposals, coordinate project work, arrange follow-up, maintain related project and business records and review career inquiries. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

A project inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing, automated marketing texts, or public use of your project photos. Any separate marketing or publicity permission should be requested separately.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Handling an inquiry may involve our email provider, hosting provider, business software and people assisting with the relevant work. Those services process information under their own applicable terms and arrangements with us. Website form delivery uses Cloudflare Email Service and our business email provider. If you email us directly, your email provider also processes the message.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. When Google measurement is active as described above, Google also processes measurement data under its own privacy policy. See Google’s privacy policy for details. When you permit OpenAI measurement, OpenAI also processes measurement data under its privacy policy.

6. Retention and security

Information supplied to AquaLife may be retained for the inquiry, customer relationship, project records, accounting, warranty administration, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the record and purpose; we do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained.

No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the contact details below if you believe information sent to us needs correction or has been disclosed improperly.

7. Your requests and choices

Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to change analytics and advertising preferences or turn off Google and OpenAI measurement. We honor saved opt-outs and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals by keeping Google and OpenAI measurement off. You can change your choice later; withdrawing it stops future Google and OpenAI measurement from this site and removes their measurement cookies, but does not erase data already received by those providers. We save your choice on this browser for up to six months. Forms and core website features work either way. Hosting, security and cookie-free aggregate statistics may still process technical information.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information for legitimate business or legal reasons. Available rights depend on applicable law.

This site is intended for adults arranging services or seeking employment, not children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

8. Optional AI Waterfront Guide

Our optional Waterfront Guide uses SiteGPT. The chat service loads when you select Start a conversation. SiteGPT processes messages, any contact details you choose to share, and technical information needed to provide the service. AquaLife may review conversations and contact details to answer questions, improve the guide and follow up on requests.

Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect; our team confirms product fit, pricing and project details. Chat is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of immediate staff availability. You can use our project inquiry form or call us instead. We do not send chat message contents to Google Analytics.

Chat is separate from optional Google measurement, and can be used with Google measurement turned off. Links to AquaLife Dock Shop open a separate website with its own privacy practices.

9. Contact and updates

Email emailus@aqualifeconstruction.com or call 330-622-1429 with privacy questions. Ask us for the appropriate mailing address before sending sensitive documents.

We will update this page as the website’s features and information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
