ONE CONNECTED WATERFRONT
From the hillside
to the lake.
At the property in Portage Lakes, the waterfront sits below a wooded hillside and an existing stairway. The project brings the shoreline edge and dock into one coordinated layout.
The finished views show a capped seawall following the bank, a dock with matching light-toned finishes, and the ground behind the wall graded and covered with straw. The existing timber retaining wall and hillside stairs remain visible behind the work.

ALONG THE WATER’S EDGE
The details
bring it together.
The cap follows the line of the shore and returns at the ends of the wall. Outlets are visible through the wall face, while the dock sits beside the finished edge.
Light-toned decking, capped posts, cleats, and black edge bumpers give the dock a clean finish. The gallery includes closer views of the wall, dock connection, and shoreline cap.
